So very sorry for your loss. Lilli was precious and loving. She knew you loved and cared for her and she knows she will be missed dearly. I know how sad you guys feel, she was part of your family and was with you for many years. One must think positive, she is no longer hurting or in pain if she was ill. I know she was up in age. So please don't greive for too long and don't be sad, it was just her time to leave.

I did know Lilli through her first owner Karen and knew her to be a wonderful and sweet girl. About 12 years ago when Lilli was probably about a year or so old, I was fascinated with the special relationship between her and a new puppy, Foxy Lady, owned by Julie Grisham. Lilli became her "momma" and I loved to watch them together! They understood each other and their relationship was truly special!
She touched my heart as I am sure she did others.

I only got to meet Lilli once that I know of but I am glad I did. I know my Aunt Gerri, Uncle George, and Uncle Jay loved her very much. I'm so sorry to hear the bad news but on the plus side, she is hopefully in a better place watching down on all of you. : )

Lilli was our puppy given to me from my cousin. We only had her for a short time; when our son was born prematurely, we had to give her up. We were so fortunate to find great people to take Lilli into their home. We were sorry & sad to hear about Lilli's deterioating health, but glad she gave the Trumbo family much love & great companionship for many years. God rest her soul, but the memory lives forever.

Although we did not know Lilli, we know there is no truer friend than your dog. May your memories of your good times with Lilli be a comfort to you.
Sincerely,
Sam & Wanda

I'm sorry I did not know Lili, but you have my deepest sympathy as I, too, know the sorrow of losing a family pet member. Ralph & I lost our little Tu-Tu after sixteen years and it was very difficult for us to go through. It's so good for all of us to have these wonderful memories. God Bless.

I remember the times I would pet Lillie, even though it was not too often. The Lord be with you in Doggie Heaven, Lillie.

Love and peace to you and George from Holiday and I. We may have to make a run for a powerball ticket in Lilli's memory tonight.

I have only lived in San Antonio for a couple of years having moved from my home in Cleveland Ohio. The hardest thing about leaving the place where you grew up is leaving behind all the friends that you accumulate over the years. It sure made it a lot easier having my new dear friend, Lilli. She took to me straight away. I would stay at Gerri and Georges house when they were away to take care of Lilli and Baby. Gerri would always thank me upon their return. What they didn't know was I secretly wished they were gone longer so I could spend more time with Lilli.
In life we come in contact with many souls who leave their impression on us. None have left a bigger one on mine.
I will miss you Lilli, but I will never forget you. Maybe we will see each other again sometime and if we do I promise to bring treats.
